Thank you for taking the time to read this, I am looking for a counsellor /and or/ occupational therapist in the Essex or surrounding areas (not London), A counsellor or occupational therapist who would like to help me with panic attacks associated with agoraphobia, and a bereavement, I found my Mum dead in her house when I went to visit her, she was not unwell, it was a sudden death, i am traumatized and would like help from you in overcoming this, initially your help would have to be free of charge, but we can discuss this further. Maybe once a week in your office, or maybe in my home, again this can be discussed further. If you would like a challenge in helping me with my problem/s please feel free to contact me and ask any questions you may have.
