The Role
The Role Of The Sales Executive Is To Maximise & Grow The Function & Events Revenues Of The Business By Designing & Delivering Strategic Sales Action Plans That Are Specifically Designed To Meet The Targets Of The Business In Line With The Regional Sales Manager. To Convert All Incoming Enquires Into Confirmed Bookings, And Build Relationships To Generate Further Corporate Sales

A Luminar Sales Executive Reports Into The Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities Will Include The Following
• Grow And Maximise Advanced Sales, Encompassing All Aspects Of Corporate And Pre-Booked Sales
• Work Within The Defined Roles, And Towards Objectives Set By The Regional Sales Manager
• Work To Pre-determined Targets For Advanced Sales As Set By The Regional Sales Manager, Maximising All Opportunities To Achieve These
• Manage The Day To Day Customer Base And Ensure Excellent Delivery Of Events For Such Clients
• Create And Execute A Business Plan For The Venue, Detailing Clear Targets And Objectives That Are Being Worked Towards
• Attend Networking Events, Raising The Profile Of The Venue Within The Local Business And Residential Community
• Assist The General Manager In Achieving Overall Sales And Business Targets, By Developing Local Initiatives, Contrived Events And Promotion Of The Venue To The Corporate Market
• Attend Regular Sales Meetings And Conference Calls As Detailed By The Regional Sales Manager, Presenting Sales Updates And Forecasts For Advanced Sales Of The Venue
• Perform Client Show Rounds And Meet And Greet Clients, Acting As The Venues Representative
• Organise And Execute Showcase Events Ensuring Attendance Of Key Customers Such As Event Bookers And Corporate Clients
• Plan Effectively For Successful Delivery Of The Crucial Christmas And New Year’s Eve Business Targets
• Continually Build And Validate A Database Of Contacts With Key Employers, Organisations And Private Customers
• Be Creative, Resourceful And Provide Feedback To Other Areas Of The Business Such As Commercial, Operations
• Manage The Venue Booking System And The Deposits, And Ensure Accurate Completion
• Where Required By The Regional Sales Manager Attend And Host Exhibition Events On Behalf Of The Company


This Role Would Suit Someone With At Least One Year’s Business Development Experience In A Fast Paced SME, Ideally With Hospitality Experience.
