To Initially Work Along Side Current Chef To Learn All Aspects Of The Job. This Position Is Availiable To Some One Who Has Attention To Detail, Flair And Diversity On The Specials Board,must Have High Standards In All Areas Of Kitchen Work, Including Ordering, Paperwork, Cleanliness And Hygiene, Managment Of Kitchen Porters, Stock Control, Dealing With Representatives From Our Suppliers, Cost And Wastage Control. Must Be Capable Of Preparing And Cooking Set Menus When The Occaision Arises Ie Christmas Dinners And Other Bookings. Also Must Have Experiance In Catering For Buffets.
Must Have Basic Qualifications, Other Training May Be Given If Deemed Nessacery.
We Are A Busy, Predominatly Locals Based Trade, With A High Repeat Trade From Diners.
Current Food Servive Hours Are 12-230pm, 6-9 Monday To Friday, Saturday 12-9 Sunday 12-8pm. Possibility Of Food Moving To All Day Service, Working On A 4 On 4 Off Rota.
Salary Dependant On Experiance, With The Possibility Of Reward Scheme.
