We are looking for a permanent full time sous chef.
We are a country pub with a reputation for good food, nestled in the heart of the Hampshire hills (six miles from Alton and six miles from Petersfield).
We are currently looking for someone with flare and a passion for food to help head our hard working team.
Our menu is traditional country fare with a touch of exciting fusion food using produce and ingredients sourced from local farm shops and producers where possible. We make just about everything ourselves so lots of experience would be a huge advantage.
We would require you to have 706/1, 706/2, kitchen management skills, plus a current level 2 food hygiene certificate.

We hold a number of events each year, beer festivals, weddings, shoot dinners, hunt breakfasts and charity walks to name just a few.
