We require an experienced (3+ years) Cook for our Bistro. The position is temporary but may lead to a permanent role. As well as cooking food from scratch (soups, stew, scones, buns etc), having experience of running a kitchen, we require up to date Food Hygiene and HACCP knowledge as well as the ability to excel at customer service. Hours of work will be 25-30 hours per week and may include weekend work. A good level of numeracy and literacy is essential.
Wages are negotiable and immediate start for the right candidate.
