We are Goldline Care Services, the largest Independent Private Hire Operator (Mini Cab Company) in East London. We are seeking controllers, telephonists and office administration staff for our Head Office in Leytonstone and other locations.

All potential candidates must have a good command of the English language, be able to speak both clearly and concisely. An excellent telephone manner and great customer services skills are a must. Please note the ability to work as part of a team is important, you will therefore be assessed on this attribute.

Principle Call Centre Controller:
The individual should be of a strong character and posses an excellent geographical knowledge of the London Wide Area and should also be able to demonstrate their experience of operating a computerised transportation dispatch system.

This key position involves the management, co-ordination and monitoring of work flows being filtered to them via a team of telephonists. The individual must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a very high level of attention to detail and be able to think on their feet. The applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability to operate from within a challenging environment whilst giving instructions to a team of telephonists and whilst being able to co-ordinate a number of key tasks.

Telephonist / Office Staff:
Duties include answering inbound telephone calls, servicing the general Public and our Corporate account customers, inputting customer details onto a computerised system, working as part of a wider team, complaints handling, message taking and for the office role, general office duties as required.

Experienced persons are welcome – full training will still be provided to all successful applicants.
