The Contracts & Compliance Management Role Is Responsible For Contractual Analysis, Management, And Implementation Of Contracts, Tenders And To Manage Our Healthcare Compliance Process In Accordance To Strict Eucomed Guidelines.
This Role Will Closely Support The Sales Team Members To Enable A Fast And Successful Closure Of All Approved Customer Contracts And Tenders.
This Process Manager Is Responsible To Fully Manage The Commercial Proposition And Legal Proposal For All UK Contract Tender Management.
This Role Is One Of 2 Contracts & Compliance Managers
80% Of Time Will Be Spent Managing Contracts & Tenders And The Other 20% With Healthcare Compliance Requests.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Demonstrable Experience Working Within A Commercial/tender/bid Team/contracts Environment, Preferably Within The NHS.
It Is Essential For The Successful Person To Have The Right Personality/Attitude Which Includes Being Proactive, Working On Their Own Initiative, Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Independently. We Need Someone With A ‘can-do’ Attitude Who Can Take Ownership Of A Task And Move It Forward.
This Role Will Involve Liaising With Key Stakeholders Of All Levels Within The Business So It Is Imperative For Candidates To Be Confident And Assertive To Know What Information They Need, From Whom And By When.
Experience Of Working Under Audited Processes And Or Knowledge Of Healthcare Compliance (HCC) Would Be Extremely Advantageous. A Good Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel Is Essential And Knowledge Of Microsoft Access Would Also Be Ideal.
