We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Contracts and Project manager with great communication and management skills. Our head office is based in Rickmansworth and projects are spread out over London and Home Counties.

Who Are We

Redrose work with a number of Blue Chip Organisations and Insurance Related Works.

We'd love you to:
* Be a bit different
* Have good working knowledge of building cotracts ie: JCT
* Track record of managing small site both commercial and residential.
* Able to use computerised systems.
* Strong Work Ethic
* Work well under pressure and organise people and sub contractors
* Be able to communicate ideas quickly and efficiently to collegues and clients
* Generally be an excellent representative of Redrose and be Creative.
