My Client Is A Digital Healthcare Communications Agency With A Philosophy Of Innovation. With The Growth Of My Client They Are Looking To Expand The Technology Team And Would Love To Hear From A Contract Mid-level Digital Project Manager/Producer With Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, Solid Digital/technical Understanding, And An Eye For Detail And Quality.
The Successful Candidate Will Work Directly With Our Senior Project Manager And Ideally Have Around 2-3 Years Digital Agency Experience, Although We May Consider Someone Will Less Experience If They Have The - Wow- � Factor. Key Responsibilities:
*Creating Documentation For Specific Projects (ranging From Functional Specifications To Test Scripts)
*Manage Day To Day Running Of Multiple Concurrent Projects To Ensure We Are Hitting Deadlines
*Risk And Issue Management
*Ensuring QA Process Is Followed
*Testing Project Deliverables To Ensure They Meet The Highest QA Standards
*Status Reports
*Oversight Of Project Releases
*Work Closely With Account Management, Creative And Development Teams
*Work Closely With The Senior Project Manager And Technology Director In Scoping Projects And In Improving Procedures And Processes
*Search For Innovation
Key Skills And Experience:
*An Understanding Of Web, Mobile And Application Development And The Project Lifecycle
*Good Understanding Of Front-end Web Technologies Including HTML, CSS And JavaScript
*A Good Understanding Of Back-end Technologies And Exposure To A Range Of CMSs
*Experience Working On Digital Projects Including Interactive/rich-media Applications
*Understanding Of IA, Usability And User Experience Would Be A Definite Plus
*Proactively Thinks Ahead To Seek Solutions And Opportunities To Issues/projects
*Experience With Testing And Quality Assurance
*Prepared To Role Your Sleeves Up And Get Stuck In To A Multitude Of Different Jobs
*Methodical And Highly Organised
*Good Documentation And Communication Skills
*Strong Team Skills
