My Client Is A Global B2B Marketing Agency Based In Surrey That Delivers A Range Of Worldwide Integrated Campaigns For High Profile Clients And Offers Event Management As Part Of Their Services. As Specialists Within The Technology Sector They Work With Some Huge Global Brands On Some High Profile Events Which Can Be Stand Alone Or Delivered As Part Of An Integrated Campaign. These Include Small Breakfast Briefings, Seminars, Roadshows, Conferences And Exhibitions For Groups Ranging From 200 - 1000pax Across The UK, Europe And EMEA.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
· Managing A Portfolio Of Events Day-to-day And Dealing With Clients
· Taking The Event Brief And Writing Proposals
· Working Closely With In-house Teams And Suppliers
· Full Budget Management For Events
· On-site Delivery
· Post Event Reconciliation And Feedback.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Strong Background Managing Events Ideally In An Agency And Have A Positive, Can-do Attitude. You Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects, Stay Calm Under Pressure And Be Able To Hit The Ground Running. Experience Of B2B Events, Ideally With Some Exhibition Project Experience, Is Essential.
