As The Content Manager – Football At PERFORM You Will Be Responsible For The Planning, Management And Delivery Of All Video Production To The Following Clients:
• Premier League
• Football League
• Football Association (FA)
• Scottish Premier League (SPL)
• UEFA Champions League (ITV Matches)
• UEFA Europa League (ITV Matches)

The Content Manager – Football Is The Key Liaison For All Football Video Delivery In The Production Department, Dealing With External Stakeholders And Across Numerous Departments Internally. This Involves Working Closely With Account Managers, Product Development And Operations Divisions, And Also Communicating With Technical Platform Programmers. To This End, The Ability To Form Strong Relationships With People, And Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Are Vital.
The Content Manager – Football Is Required To Manage The Above Projects From The Pre Planning Stage Right Through To The Delivery Of All Videos, Files And XML With Clear Lines Of Communication Across All Areas. This Position Has A High Degree Of Autonomy In Managing Requirements, Teams And Budgets And Is A Major Profile Role Within The Company.
You Should Have A Strong Passion For Both Football And Digital Technology And Have Relevant Work Experience As A Project Lead.
You Will Actively Encourage Continued Development Of Standards, Quality Processes And Progression Of Your Platforms Through Effective Project, Team And Client Management.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate The Delivery Of All Production’s Stated Above
• Manage Production Team On All Productions Stated Above
• Manage All Football Rota Planning And Booking Of Freelance Staff
• Provide Technical Input To Resolving Problems Efficiently, Effectively And With Regard To Business Priorities
• To Develop An Understanding Of New Technologies Used In The Delivery Of A Multi-platform Programme And To Use The Equipment Needed To Execute This
• Ensure That Testing And Quality Assurance Procedures Are Adhered To
• Develop Project Plans Based On Client Requirements And Produce Accurate And Achievable Project Estimates
• Produce Regular Project Update Reports For Clients And Production Senior Management Team
• Provide Monthly Forecasts And Assure All Costs Are Tracked. Responsible For Ensuring That Projects Come In On Budget
• Adopting Best Practice With Regard To Video Productions And Editing
• Monitor The Progress Of All Work Packages And Constantly Strive To Improve Company Performance And Processes
• Improving The Reliability And Robustness Of All Deliverables
• Excellent Communication Skills. Lead And Facilitate Meetings And Write Clear Proposals And Specification Documents

Experience
