FM Conway Is Currently Seeking 2 No Plant Fitters For Our Plant Management Service Based In Dartford Kent.

With An Annual Turnover Of £120m FM Conway Provides Highway Maintenance To Many Local Authorities As Well As Carrying Out Civil Engineering Projects.

FM Conway Operates A Variety Of Equipment Including Telehandlers, Excavators, Dumpers Pavers, Rollers Generators, Site Accommodation Units, Cranes And Commercial Vehicles.

As Our Business Grows An Opportunity Has Arisen For 2 No Skilled Plant Fitters To Be Based At Our Depot AtDartford, Kent.

Requirements -
The Successful Applicant Will Have Experience In The Maintenance Of Construction Plant And Machinery. They Will Be Used To Working On Constructions Sites And Understand The Pressures Faced By Clients In This Demanding Environment.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Used To Working Safely In Compliance With Risk Assessments And Method Statements And Be Strong Enough To Challenge Unsafe Working Practices.
The Successful Candidate Will Have Good Interpersonal Skills Being Able To Communicate Effectively With Colleagues And Customers.
They Will Be Able To Work Equally As Part Of A Team, Under Supervision Or Remotely. The Candidate Will Also Be Adaptable And Be Able To Transfer Their Skills To Other Areas When Required.

Responsibilities -
Carrying Out Preventative And Reactive Maintenance To The Company's Fleet Of Construction Plant.
Reporting To The Plant Supervisor, The Successful Candidate Will Be Able To Problem Solve, Identify Parts Required And Rectify Faults With Machines Operated By FM Conway.
Completion Of Paperwork Will Also Be A Responsibility Following Any Maintenance Activity.

The Individual -
Experience Of Maintaining Construction Plant And Equipment Is Essential
The Successful Candidate Will Have A Full UK Driving Licence.
