One of the regions most sought after hotels is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Manager to join their management team. This is a key position within the hotel and we are seeking someone who can bring passion and enthusiasm to the position, to help generate business and to develop our offering further. We have 6 conference rooms, with 3 functions rooms and bars and a key area of the business is in Weddings. In 2011 the hotel was host to 59 weddings and in 2012 we are anticipating exceeding 70 weddings, many of which are already confirmed
As Conference & Banqueting Manager you will already have had experience in running a similar size department and managing a team. Your responsibilities will not just lie with the guests that we serve on a daily basis, but also with the development of your team. You will also have a proven background in managing stock controls of the beverage and involvement in the Bars department.
