We Are Looking For A Passionate, Driven And Highly Skilled Concierge To Grow Within Starwood's Iconic And Award Winning Hospitality.
Job Description
In The Supervisory Postion Of Concierge, You Will Report To The Head Concierge. You Will Possess The Ability To Cover Shifts On Weekdays, Evenings And Weekends With Great Aptitude And Without Supervision. You Will Ideally Have Good Experience In A Similar Role In A 4 Or 5 Star Property, With A Very Sound Knowledge Of London And Its Sightseeing Attracations, Layout, Restaurants, Shops, Bars, Cafe's And Places Of Interest. A Member Of The Golden Keys Great Britain Would Ideally Be Advantageous To This Position But Not Essential.
Duties Would Include:
To Create And Maintain A Luxury Guest Arrival And Departure Experience
To Be Able To Deliver And Solve Any Legal Guest Request Timely And Professionally
To Respond To Guest Email Requests In A Timely And Professional Manner, Using Correct Grammar And English Language
To Ensure That Exemplary Standards Are Fully Implemented And Consistently Delivered
To Be Responsible For The Look And Reporting Of Maintenance Of The Entrance Of Hotel
To Be Responsible For The Look And Reporting Of Maintenance Of The Lobby Area
To Assist With Ensuring Consistent Appropriate Lobby Presence
To Assist Daily With Luggage And Door Coverage
To Be Present For VIP Group Arrivals And Departures
To Arrange Tickets For Theatres, Sporting Events, Local Attractions, Dining Reservations, Etc For Guests
To Arrange Guest Limousine Requests And Assist In The Daily Management Of The Limousine Service Standards
To Ensure Guest Collateral (including Newspapers) Is Of The Highest Quality And Timely Delivered
To Investigate And Follow-up Guest Complaints And Surveys
To Ensure Immaculate Grooming Is Present At All Times
