The Company
A market leading IT recruiter with a strong presence in the sector has an immediate opening within their Support Team, assisting the contract team with their day to day activities.
The Role
Working within an existing team, this is an exciting opportunity for a career minded individual looking to join a large, established organisation with excellent training and development and the chance to progress in time. The role itself is to join the company’s support team and manage the compliance and paperwork that arises from the multiple contractors the company provide to their clients. You will be required to work at pace and with great attention to detail, but in return will enjoy a great team environment within a fast paced office.
The Person
You will ideally have experience of the Contract recruitment market place or have worked within a regulated environment and have good customer service skills. You should be able to understand the process involved with hiring a contractor through a recruitment business. You may be a recruitment consultant who ran a contract / temp desk but didn’t enjoy the targeted environment, or perhaps a recruitment administrator or contractor care person already who needs a change of direction and a new challenge.
Alternatively your background may be working in a regulated environment such as banking, financial services where your role is to adhere to the industry standards and quality assurance. You should be used to working to deadlines and enjoy working as part of a close knit team who play a crucial role in the company’s success.
The Package
Salary is dependent on experience and likely to be £15-18k with bonus potential if targets are met. You will receive ongoing training and will have the opportunity to progress through the ranks of the business should you wish to follow that path.
