Role: As Complaints And Compliance Officer You Will Be Ensuring All Regulatory Procedures Are Be Followed Via Regular Monitoring. You Will Also Be Primarily Responsible For The Following.
*Monitoring And Reviewing Of Calls.
*Deal With Complaints Handling From Customers Via Letter And Email.
*Review And Enhance Compliance Policies And Procedures
*Complete Monthly Root Cause Analysis Of Complaints Received.
Experience:
*Experience Gained Within FSA Regulatory Insurance.
*Be Numerate, Articulate, And Analytical
*Have Strong Attention To Detail And Be Highly Organised
*Experience With Microsoft Office And Excel.
*Experience With Dealing With Customers.
Hours: 41.25 Hours Per Week – Flexi Time (as Agreed With Your Manager)
Holiday: 28 Days Per Year.
