As a commis chef with us you will be learning how to become a very talented professional Chef; receiving training from some of the best Chefs within the industry. The primary role of a Commis Chef:
* Assist the Brigade in the preparation and service of meals
* Learn to work within all sections of the kitchen
* Study the dishes on menu
The ideal candidate will:
* Be passionate about cooking
* Have the ability to learn quickly
* Be an effective communicator; someone who’s not afraid to ask questions
* Work well as part of a team
