Commis Chef
Our fusion themed Asia de Cuba restaurant situated within St Martins Lane Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic ambitious Commis Chef to join its strong brigade. You will be cooking fusion cuisine using carefully sourced produce from all over the world.
You must have proven experience within a high standard fine dining high energy establishment with large volume.
To support the seamless running of the kitchen, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. Reporting to the Head Chef and Chef de Partie.
Job overview
-To assist and supervise the agreed standard of food service during shift.
-Liaise and co-operate effectively with all other associated members of staff in relation to all aspects of the production and service of food.
-Promote the safe use of the kitchen, its equipment and building under the Health and Safety at Work acts, Hygiene and other regulations.
You will need to have a passion for food and be willing to learn.
Flexible working hours, early and late shifts are required.
You must possess a good level of English and eligibility to work in the UK.
