We are a food focused top end Gastro Pub company looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team.
We use only fresh seasonal produce and our food offering is of a very high standard.
We won TimeOuts best new gastropub in 2010 and see no reason why we can't do the same again this year with our new pub, The Lady Ottoline.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, have a minimum of 6 months experience within a similar high-end gastropub/brasserie environment.
We are a small friendly team and change our menus regularly, so there is plenty of opportunity to learn and develop within the role.
As well as being professional you must:
Be motivated by delivering exceptional dishes at all times
Be used to a busy and fast paced environment
Be able to communicate clearly

We offer a salary package of £16,000 + tips, meals and free soft drinks whilst on duty, as well as 50% off drinks and food when off duty in both pubs.
