Commis Chef required at Petit Gourmand

We are a contemporary French restaurant based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. We pride ourselves on providing excellent food in a relaxed and friendly environment. We are always looking to create new and innovative dishes using the finest fresh ingredients.

You will have pride in the food that you cook and have the ability to work well in a team. You should also have:
* Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
* Good understanding of COSHH, food hygiene and safety
* Good communication skills

In return we can offer the opportunity for development and career progression for an enthusiastic Commis Chef. Our team began their careers at Petit Gourmand as Demi Chef de Parties and have progressed to Head Chef and Sous Chef respectively.

Salary up to £13k plus excellent tips. Tips are divided equally via a tronc scheme.
This is a full time, shift based role so you'll need to be available to work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
