We Are Seeking An Experience Commis Chef To Join Our Team At A Busy Gastro Style Pub In Primrose Hill, London For This Reputable Retail Business

The Successful Applicant Must Have A Passion And Knowledge For British Food, Seasonal Produce And Dishes As The Position Requires Assisting The Head Chef And Sous Chef In Creating New Menus And Daily Specials.

Responsibilities Include Preparing And Cooking The Daily Menu And Specials Maintenance Of HACCP Standards, Working Closely With The Team Of Chefs.

The Successful Applicant Must Have A Drive To Succeed And Expand Their Knowledge In House And Through Company Training. Have An Ability To Work Within A Close Team And Possess Excellent Communication Skills. This Is A Permanent Live Out Position, 30-35 Hours Per Week And Will Include Evenings And Weekends In Return For A Negotiable Salary
