As a comis chef you will be a key player in assisting the F&B Kitchen team leader in the smooth running of the kitchen, delivering fantastic food quality with a hands on approach.
We are a 282 bedroom hotel with 4 meeting rooms, 120 restaurant cover and 90 bar covers.
Your main responsibilities will include: food preparation and presentation, and ensuring the food spec is up to standard. Delivering outstanding food at all times with a professional manner, controlling wastage and ensuring all health and safety aspects of the kitchen are maintained to a high standard.
You should be passionate and enthusiastic about serving fantastic quality food, consistently.
40 hours per week over 5 days.
