“rhubarb” Have Earned An International Reputation Catering At The Most Glamorous Private, Corporate, Sports And Charity Events From Film Premieres To Royal Weddings. More Recently We Have Expanded Into The Restaurant Business With Fixed Venues At The Saatchi Gallery, Bond & Brook In Fenwicks, The Royal Albert Hall And “rhubarb” At Heathrow Airport.
Our New “rhubarb” Restaurant & Bar Opened In Heathrow Airport’s Terminal Three On 1st July 2011. With A Seating Capacity For 130 Guests, “rhubarb” At Heathrow Will Offer A Brand New Modern British Menu, Which Also Features Traditional Favourites From Around The World.
Job Role
• In Collaboration And As Per The Direction Of The Head Chef And The Team You Will Ensure Consistency Of Producing Bespoke Menus, Dishes As Per Our Customer Needs
• Under The Supervision Of Our Senior Chefs You Will Be Trained In Food Preparation, Cooking And Presentation, H&S/ Food Safety Procedures And Timeliness Of Service.
• You Are Responsible For Maintaining Good Food Hygiene Practices And Due Diligence As Designated By Legislation And The Head Chef’s Specification To Include All HACCP Recording And Documentation.

• Your Past Working Experience And Educational Background Will Provide A Close Fit With “rhubarb”’s Commitment To Quality, Style And Flair Whilst Delivering An Outstanding Customer Service Exceeding The Set Expectations Of Our Clientele.
• You Will Be An Excellent Team Player, And Are Able To Communicate At All Levels And Respond To Instructions Processes Established Within Our Service And Kitchen Brigade.
You Are Able To Provide Us With A 5 Years Working Reference Check To Adhere To Current BAA Requirements.
Salary & Training
The Salary Is Starting From £6.73 Per Hour And Will Be Based Upon Your Experience Gained With Individually Tailored Training And Career Prospects.
