Housing Association Requires Commercial Mgt/Risk Accountant - £30k Approx ... SOUTH EAST LONDON

Our Client Is A Medium Sized Housing Association Providing Affordable Properties To A Large Section Of The Community On A Not For Profit Basis. We Require A PART QUALIFIED Accountant With A Specialist Background In Management Information Prep And Analysis Together With Some Commercial Risk Expertise.

Duties Include

To Provide, In An Accurate And Timely Manner, All Forms Of Management Information Including Management Accounts, Budgets, Forecasts And Adhoc Reports For Commercially Key Parts Of The Business

To Identify Trends As They Arise With Regards To Rents, Service Charges And Other Property Accounting Issues.

To Provide Management Information Relevant To Investment Appraisal Decisions

Assist In The Reporting Of Risk Matters To The Executive Team And The Board

We Require Robust Previous Experience In Preparing Management Accounts/information / Budgets And Forecasts And Preferably Knowledge Of The Housing Sector.

We Also Require ADVANCED Excel Which Would Certainly Include Pivot Tables And Possibly Macros.
