Role Overview
The Role Is To Act Primarily As A Collector, Handing Customers Who Are Past Their Due Date And To Take Action In Accordance With Company Strategy And Policies. Since The Line Between Customer Service And Collections Can Be Fine, You Will Also Be Expected To Act As A Customer Service Representative And Be Flexible In Your Duties On A Day-to-day Basis.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- You Will Have Collections Experience In A Consumer Credit Business
- You Will Have A Good Telephone Manner, Be Able To Identify Solutions Based On Customer Circumstances
- Ideally, You Will Also Have Experience Of The Near Or Sub-prime Sector
