We are currently recruiting for our new Coffee Shop, situated in Barnes .
We are looking for a Fun, Reliable, Hardworking Employee with a bubbly personality to join our established team.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
The role involves:
- Opening the Coffee Shop (6.30AM to be ready to trade at 7AM)
- Set up Food Area (Sandwiches and bakery goods)
- Preparing and serving quality Coffee, Cappuccino, Lattes etc either drink in or take away
- Taking orders, waiting at tables and general cleaning
- Be flexible and helping in food prep and making Sandwiches Baguettes
- Maintaining accurate stock control
- Using a till and cashing up at the end of a shift
- Adhering to legal requirements such as health & safety
- Demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills
The right candidate must:
- be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Original Passport/Visa/Work Permit
- NI Number
- Recent contactable referees .
- Have at least 1 year experience of work in a Coffee Shop/Bar
- Be able to work effectively unsupervised and in a sometimes pressured
- Demonstrate experience in balancing transactions and handling cash
- Be flexible on working hours,
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Possess excellent communication skills and have a good level of spoken English.
