Our Luton Based Client Is Looking For A CNC Laser Helpdesk Engineer With A Proven Experience In Support Of CNC Machine Tools.

The Main Part Of The Position Is To Provide Telephone Assistance With Customer Breakdowns Of CNC Laser Machines And To Repair If Possible Or Provide A Detailed Diagnosis For A Field Engineer To Carry Out The Repair On Site.

An Understanding Of CNC Machines, PLC Controls And Electrical Switchgear Is Important As Well As The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure. In Addition You Will Have The Ability To Fault Find, Using Electrical, Hydraulic And Pneumatic Diagrams.

You May Be A Recent Technical Graduate Looking To Take The First Steps Into A Technical Support Environment Or An Experienced Helpdesk Engineer. You Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And Have A Full Valid Driving License.

In Addition You Must Be Prepared To Travel To And Train In Europe For 3 Months.

Our Client Offers A Salary Of £25K To £36K Depending On Experience, A Company Car, Travel Expenses, Health Care Scheme, Pension Scheme And 25 Days Holiday.

Working Hours Are Monday To Friday 8am To 6pm.
