Must Have
- Training Experience Within The Hospitality Or Retail Sector Or Similar Multi-site Environment
- Experience Of Working In A Matrix Managed Organisation
- Train The Trainer Experience
It Would Be Advantageous In This Position For You To Demonstrate The Following Capabilities And Distinctions:
- CIPD Qualified Or Working Towards Qualification, Or Equivalent
- Knowledge Of Hospitality
- Good Knowledge Of Employment Law And Employee Relations
- IT Proficiency
Job Role
- Ensuring All Training Required By The Brand And The Operation Is Carried Out Consistently In Line With The Brand Standards And QA Requirements For The Hotels Within Their Cluster Or Remit.
- Understand The Unique Roles And Responsibilities, Strategic Goals, And Business Needs Of Each Of Their Assigned Hotels In Order To Provide A Proactive L & D Service.
- Working In Conjunction With The Senior Management Teams To Ensure Each Hotel Builds The Skills And Abilities To Deliver The Business Agenda.
- Supporting The Cluster HR Director In Identifying And Developing High Potential Talent.
- Delivering Career Development Programmes And Management Training Up To HOD Level.
- Support The Cluster HRD In Effectively Managing Training Budgets
