The Role:
Their UK Business Is Growing Fast, And They Are Looking For A Passionate And Energetic Client Support Representative To Provide Technical And Commercial Support To Our Client`s Customers So As To Assist In Growing And Supporting Their Business With Them. The Position Has Enormous Opportunity For Growth, And Will Sit In The Operations Team Reporting Through To The European Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Exceptional Service For Our Client`s Customers.
* Contribute To Training For Team Members And New Clients
* Answer Incoming Calls From Clients & Carriers And Following Up On Queries
* Act As First Point Of Contact For Client Queries
* Utilise And Support Appropriate Systems
* Have A Focus On Customer Service Through Adherence To Process And Procedures
* General Clerical Duties
Key Skills:
* Sound Computer And MS Office Skills
* Good Problem-solving Skills And The Ability To Think Through Problems Logically
* Excellent Written Communication Skills - Able To Document Information In A Clear & Concise Way
* Able To Work To Deadlines & Manage Multiple Projects
* Able To Build Lasting Relationships With Clients, Suppliers And Internal Staff
* Pro-active And Willing To Take The Initiative To Drive Improvements
* Excellent People Management Skills
* Able To Self Motivate And Motivate Others
* Excellent Follow Up And Administration
