Salary: £14,000 per annum
The position is for a UKs leading customer acquisition agency specialising in the consumer finance sector.

Performing quality control checks on the consumer data
Validate the consumer data by outbound calls
Managing client returns within the stipulated rejection policy
Managing data flow to the buyers and demonstrating continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work process.
Responsible for customer service emails and drafting emails to potential enquiries and to ensure that quality customer service is provided.
Manual entry, editing and verification of consumer data received
Detecting and correcting data errors and resolving basic problems.
Good Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
Good Customer service and organisational skills
Experience of call centre and supervisory skills will be preferred
1 year experience
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am-6:00 pm
