We Are Looking For An Enthusiastic Individual To Join Our Small Team At Specialist Vehicle Rental.
The Clerical Assistant Would Be Responsible For The Day To Day Administration Duties. You Would Also Be Responsible For Booking Vehicles From Customer Enquiry Right Through To Processing Of Invoices. Carry Out Booking Process, Locate And Book Suitable Vehicles With External Suppliers. Monitor And Manage Vehicles Servicing, MOT And Tax Discs.
Employee Must Be Must Be Flexible In Terms Of Working Hours And May Be Required Occasionally To Work Late To Meet Deadlines. Computer Skills/experience In MS Word, MS Excel And File Maker Pro Would Be Ideal. Previous Experience In Customer Service And Data Entry Would Be Preferred And Also A Knowledge Of Vehicles With Previous Vehicle Rental Experience Would Be Ideal But Not Essential.
