A Fantastic Opportunity Has Arisen To Work For An Established Outsourcing Company Representing A Number Of Charitable Organisations. Working As Part Of The Fundraising Team, Your Experience Will Be Put To Use When Contacting Members Of The Public To Encourage Regular Donations. Reporting To The Call Centre Manager, Full Campaign And Script Training Will Be Offered. Other Benefits Include Central Location And Realistic Bonus. An Ongoing Commitment Of At Least 6 Months Is Required.

1. Offering Detailed Information About The Charity And How Donations Are Used
2. Overcoming Objections To Encourage Cash Commitment
3. Speaking To Both New And Existing Donors
4. Taking Payment Details And Setting Up Monthly Direct Debits
5. Remaining Motivated In Order To Achieve Performance Targets
6. Updating Databases And Logging Correspondence Accurately

The Hours Are 12.30-9pm Monday To Friday And Saturday 10.30am-5.30pm Based On 36.25 Hours Per Week.
