CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME STAFF
Salary £14,453 - £21,371 per annum plus sleep-in Pay £21.50 per night
We are looking to recruit for the following positions:
• Residential Support Workers
• Senior Residential Support Workers
• Deputy Care Managers for established two to three bedded
We are a growing company providing residential care for 'Looked After Children'. Our children's homes are in East/West Sussex and there is a new home in Surrey. We are a child orientated, needs led organisation established to provide a positive life enhancing opportunity for young people who are unable to sustain a placement in their parental homes, foster homes or conventional children's homes.
Skills required:
• Excellent people skills
• Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships
• Good leadership skills
• Willingness to undertake additional Qualifications
Ideally you would have already achieved your NVQ Level 3 Caring for Children and Young People or equivalent.
