The Shilling Group Is Opening A New Gastro-pub In Edinburgh Where The Onus Will Be On Exciting Rustic Seasonal British Food. The Premises Will Be Undergoing A Full Refurbishment Prior To Opening With The Aim To Create A Stylish Food Led Destination Venue. We Are Currently Recruiting For Head Chef, Sous Chef And Chef De Partie Positions. All Positions Are Full Time, With The Venue Scheduled To Open In May 2012. The Head Chef Would Be Expected To Be Involved From The End Of March Taking A Role In Menu Design And Kitchen Specification.

Wages / Salary: Dependent On Experience
