We are seeking a Chef who will be responsible for the effective management, control and administration of the Kitchen and supporting services, to the specified standards of the hotel and department, adhering to company and statutory regulations. Pay will be negotiable (roughly around £9 - £15 phr), and discussed directly with applicants. You will lead and manage the Kitchen Department so that it performs efficiently and effectively to the highest standard and quality of food for the hotel by assisting the head chef in all areas of the kitchen operatio
