We are a long established restaurant in Manchester city centre and are soon to be relocating to a larger venue and therefore need some new staff to join our team. The restaurant used to be called Genghis Khans but is now under new management and having a complete re-brand.

Those of you who may have heard of the restaurant will know that it is not a typical eatery in terms of the concept; customers choose their food from a vast selection of fresh, raw produce (meat, fish, vegetables, sauces,spices,etc) and then bring it to the chef (which would be you!) who then cooks it using two long sticks on a large semi-circular hot plate. It is popular with big groups so the atmosphere is always buzzing but it also means it can get pretty hot!
