EXPERIENCED SENIOR CDP/CHEF TOURNANT REQUIRED.

We Require A Chef With Experience Across All Sections Of Main Kitchen To Cook British Cuisine To An Excellent Standard.
The Kitchen Serves An Elegant Restaurant Menu And Also Gastro Menu.
All Ingredients Are Well Sourced And Everything Is Prepared Fresh.
The Chef Required Must Be Confident To Work With Meats And Fish And Have The Ability To Manage Junior Staff.
This Position Requires A Chef With Experience In Fine Dining Kitchens Or High End Gastro And Someone Who Takes Cooking Seriously.
The Chef Tournant Will Be Required To Assist The Head Chef In Running The Pass During Service And Maintaining The Standard Of Food Leaving The Kitchen.
The Right Chef For This Role Must Be Confident Preparing Fish And Meat And Have An Excellent Knowledge Of The Sauce Section.
You Will Have The Opportunity To Create Dishes And Work Closely With The Head Chef.

The Salary Is £10 Per Hour Gross.
Hours Per Week Are Between 45 And 50
