We Require A Full Time Cook/chef To Run A Small Kitchen In A Busy Gastro Pub In Gosforth.

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet The Following Requirements:

Be Comfortable Working With Fresh Produce.
Be Familiar With International Cuisine.
Be Able To Work Well, On Their Own, Under Pressure.
Have Impeccable Hygiene Standards.
Have A Flair For Presentation And Understand The Importance Of Consistency.
Be Capable Of Meeting GP Targets And Being Responsible For Stock Control.
Provide At Least 2 Strong References.
Have Experience Of Sourcing And Ordering Products.
