A London based Wine School is looking for a free-lance, part-time chef to prepare and serve a range of innovative, high-end canapés and hot lunches to complement our wine tastings and client lunches.
Maximum number of people for canapés and finger food is 30, for lunches 12.
Hours as required usually 1 tasting per week either evenings 4pm -9 pm or lunch 11 am 2pm. Flexibility on hours a must.
Rates agreed per menu chef required to quote price including time and food.
We are looking to build a good relationship with the right person and develop the role as the wine school grows.
Flexibility on working hours, incredibly high-standards and attention to detail are essential.
