Experienced Chef Required For Busy Traditional Gastro Pub In Marlborough, Wiltshire.

Following Our Recent Refurbishment We Need An Experience Chef, The Vacancy Would Suit Either A Sous Looking For Their First Head Chef Role Or A Current Head Chef Seeking A New Challenge.

Responsibilities To Manage All Aspects Of The Kitchen, Cost And Stock Control, Ordering And Health & Safety Controls.

Maximise The Profitability Of The Kitchen Operation Through Effective Cost Controls, Maintain Consistent Standards Of Service, Ensuring Guest Satisfaction While Creating A Good Working Environment.

You Must Have Proven Experience In Busy Kitchens And Can Cope With Volume Business. Covers Range From 50-60 During Evening Service And Up To 120 For Traditional Sunday Lunch.
