• Friendly, Enthusiastic And Creative
• Self Motivated, Organised And Be Able To Manage Your Own Time Efficiently
• Knowledge Of Bakery, Pastry And Hot Service
• Required To Step Up And Run The Kitchen On The Head Chef Days Off.
• High Standard Of Written And Spoken English Essential.
• Hold A Valid UK Work Visa.
• Knowledge Of UK Food Hygiene Standards
• Have Australasian Style Café Experience
• Able To Start Immediately
• Input Into Menu Planning Encouraged
