From Our Newly Refurbished Galley You Will Prepare Some Of The Finest Scottish Dishes Available, Whilst Enjoying The Spectacular Scenery Enroute. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Part Of A Crew Of Four To Look After Our Guests Every Need. You Must Be Able To Work On Your On Initutive And Have Meals Prepared For Scheduled Times To Fit In With The Daily Tours. A Clean And Smart Appearence Is A Must As Is Keeping The Galley Immaculate At All Times. A Good Knowledge Of Scottish Food And Produce Is An Advantage.
