We Are A Small But Café/restaurant In Mumbles.

We Are Looking For A Chef To Head Up Our Kitchen. This Will Be A Full-time Position 30-40 Hours Per Week Once Training Is Complete At Easter/summertime.

Our Menu Includes Breakfasts, Burgers, Salads And Homemade Cakes. We Use Local Ingredients And Make Everything From Scratch. It Is Simple Food Done To A High Quality.

We’re Looking For Someone With A Passion For Handmade Food And Local Ingredients. We Need Someone Who Can Produce Volumes Of Food To A High Standard And Has Good Attention To Detail. You Should Also Enjoy The Challenge Of Working Under Pressure. Must Have Food Hygiene Training And Be Willing To Complete Daily Paperwork.

We're Open Tuesday To Sunday 10am-4pm And Thursday-Saturday Evenings. This Is A Full-time, Permanent Position Which Includes Weekends, Although There Will Be More Hours Available In The Summertime. Pay Will Depend On Experience And How Quickly You Adapt To The Position.
