You Will Be Joining A Great Team And Will Be Supported All The Way In Your Training And Development. The Ideal Chef De Rang Will Already Be Working In A 3 Rosette Or Michelin Star Restaurant Or Relais & Châteaux Property And Enjoy Working In Exclusive Environments. As A Chef De Rang You Will Be Responsible For Your Section And Ensuring That The Guests Have An Exceptional Dining Experience. We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Immaculately Presented, With Strong Food & Wine Knowledge. You Will Need To Be Flexible In Your Approach To Working And Assist With Other Duties Such As Helping Prepare The Mis-en-place And With The Development Of The Commis.
