Chef De Rang
Daphnes restaurant, an italian restaurant located in South Kensington is looking for a Chef De Rang to join the team.
As the Chef De Rang you will be required to run a section ensuring that all of your guests needs and requests are met. You will seat guests, take orders, run items from the kitchen to the sections and serve the guests.
The ideal Chef De Rang will need to have two years experience as a section waiter and be able to show a strong knowledge of food and wine. You will need to be a strong team player and be able to show initiative during a busy service.
