Chef de Parties required - South London locations
Locale Restaurant and Bar are award winning busy Italian restaurants and cocktail bars focused on fresh seasonal food and cocktails.
We are seeking experienced Chef de Parties to join our brigades. As a Chef de Partie you will run a busy section, assist in the day to day running of the kitchen, help with staff training and maintain the high quality of the food. A knowledge and passion for Italian food is desirable. Good rates of pay for the right candidate.
You should
- have previous experience of working in a busy restaurant at a similar level
- speak conversational English
- have a 'can do' attitude with lots of energy
- be eligible to work in the UK
Full training will be given.
