Overlooking A White Sandy Beach The Hotel Enjoys Stunning Views And Sunsets. St Martin's On The Isle Hosts 30 Bedrooms And Has Two First Class Dining Operations. The Teän Restaurant Is Our Formal Dining Restaurant Which Runs Alongside Our Bistro. The General Cooking Standard Across Our Operation Is That Of A Three Rosette Level, With A Strong Emphasis On Seafood And Sourcing Local Produce. We Are Currently Looking For Experienced Chef De Parties And Demi Chef De Parties For The 2012 Season, Beginning In Late March Until Mid October.
SPECIFICATIONS
As Chef De Partie Or Demi Chef De Partie You Will Be Responsible For Running And Organising Your Individual Section And Producing The Consistently High Standard Of Food, Which Will Include Sauce, Vegetable, Pastry And Larder.
As Chef De Partie Or Demi Chef De Partie You Will Also Be Responsible For Maintaining Excellent Levels Of Hygiene, Stock Control And Stock Rotation.
CRITERIA
The Successful Chef De Partie Or Demi Chef De Partie Will Ideally Have Previous Experience In A Similar Style Of Kitchen, Although This Is Not Essential, And They Must Be Flexible And Adaptable In Their Approach Work.
As Chef De Partie Or Demi Chef De Partie You Must Be Professional, Passionate About Food, Eager To Learn, Able To Blend With A Team, Have A Fantastic Work Ethic And A Desire To Excel In The Role.
A Desire For Island Life Is Essential.
