The Business;
The Business Offers High Quality, Contemporary Branded Cuisine, Everything Is Made Fresh But Strictly To Brand Specifications.
The Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Will:
* Be Working In Or Have Extensive Experience As Chef De Partie In A High Quality Operation.
* Have Experience In High Volume.
* Be Career Motivated And Ambitious.
* Able To Lead & Motivate Under Pressure In The Absence Of The Head Chef
* Be Driven And Focussed On First Class Standards Across Every Aspect Of The Operation.
* Have Shown Loyalty And Longevity Throughout Their Career.
Responsibilities As Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Will Include:
* Assisting With Recruitment And Training For The Opening Team.
* Assisting The Head Chef In All Aspects Of Kitchen Management.
* Daily Stock Control, Environmental Health Issues.
* Drive And Maintain Consistently High Standards Of Food At All Times.
