An experienced 2/3 years chef de partie is required for an award winning 34 bedroom hotel. A popular, busy 70 seater restaurant open all day & 120 banqueting room, the ideal candidate will be experienced to work on own initiative as well as being part of the kitchen brigade. Traditional Scottish fair with a modern twist as well as additional daily chefs specials are on offer. Being in the rural setting of the village of Eaglesham, own transport is preferable.
