We are looking for a chef de partie to work as part of a team in a busy establishment. We aim to be a high quality operator with a focus on delivering top quality food, drinks and service in an unfussy, comfortable environment. We try to source our ingredients in the most responsible and ethical ways we can, and all of our food is made and cooked by us.

In order to fulfil this role you must be a hardworking and determined individual; capable of working hard under pressure whilst being able to communicate well to the other members of your team. Creativity, passion to deliver great food, and excellent food preparation skills will make you perfect for this position.

Key Skills we are looking for:
Maintenance of hygiene, health and safety and COSHH standards.
Ability to ensure profit margins are maintained.
Opportunity for training in stock taking and profit and loss reporting.

We offer:
Pay negotiable depending on experience.
